UUID citation

I noticed 17.4.2.18, "UUID" (link to today's document state), links to RFC 4122. This section seems to be mostly carried over from SPARQL 1.1, Section 17.4.2.12.

The top of RFC 4122 notes that it is obsoleted by RFC 9562. There seems to be no practical difference to the SPARQL 1.2 document text, since the version of UUID being generated is not mentioned, though is demonstrated as version 4; and, the urn:uuid: namespace demonstration remains in 9562's Section 4, Figure 4.

Is that link worth updating within SPARQL 1.2's UUID() section, from 4122 to 9562?
