Description

This change updates the docs to state that the CRI v1 API is a firm requirement.

The documentation suggested the kubelet could negotiate older CRI versions like v1alpha2. This is no longer true since support for v1alpha2 was removed in Kubernetes v1.26:
kubernetes/kubernetes#110618
