Flux Dropdown scroll Inconsistency

What is the problem?

There appears to be a scrolling inconsistency between flux:menu and flux:navmenu inside a dropdown

Menu does not scroll, but navmenu does. Gif attached showing this behavior on your examples page located here

How do you expect it to work?

I expect the dropdown to always allow scrolling of the page.

@waffle-lord thanks for reporting! Not sure why there is an inconsistency there. I will find out if there is any particular reason for that, and if not, will get it fixed.
