FL no longer supports models not in catalog

I just upgraded to latest FL version (0.4.91+269dfd9ed1) on my Windows x64 device, and looks like I am no longer able to run models not available in Foundry Catalog:

With previous FL versions (0.3.9267.43123 and earlier), I could run models not available in Foundry Catalog by adding model files to my local cache + including an inference_model.json w/ model name and prompt template, however this is no longer possible with latest version.

This functionality is crucial for testing models not yet available in catalog.
