Remove usage of nolint:gosec added by #10935

There are lots of // nolint:gosec annotations to move forward with #10935 since the problems are not new. We should fix the wrong conversions where possible.

Hello, I’m interested in this issue and would like to take it as my first issue. Can it be assigned to me?
Just to confirm, does this issue require fixing all the hidden problems where // nolint:gosec is used?
Also, if I want to participate in the SIG related to this issue, which one would that be?
