OTEL_TRACES_EXPORTER=console or otlp/stdout

Hey team,

I was hoping to set OTEL_TRACES_EXPORTER to “console” or “otlp/stdout” during development and having it none by default but noticed that it doesn’t seem to be supported. Or at least I couldn't find a way to get it working.

Is it something that we want to support? Would it be a matter of updating this here ?
