v8.writeHeapSnapshot to accept a folder as path to write it's snapshot

What is the problem this feature will solve?

I want to keep the pid and the timestamp of a file while writing the snapshot to a dedicated folder.
Recreating the name is actually a bit messy and it would be nice if a folder would be accepted instead. That way the default filename could be used as before and it would be more convenient for users.

What is the feature you are proposing to solve the problem?

Accepting a folder as path and writing the file with its usual name in that folder.
