Populate the google sheet with autho bio links

Many of the authors dont have bio links, or have inconsistent ones. These could do with being populated and made consistent for single authors. Preference for use twitter profile links where-ever possible. ...

Next improvement would be to replace author names with twitter handles, where these exist eg: [title] by [author1], @bio2-twitter -handle, [author3] ... #Rstats [bigbookofr url]
