[SHACL-C]: Support new SHACL 1.2 features

This issue is to track adding new SHACL 1.2 features to SHACL Compact syntax.

Update on the rules compact syntax for rules.

(the link has the RDF equivalent form, grammar in HTML and text BNF)

which has Turtle data and node expressions (at the moment, list parameter variant, with function URIs from SPARQL query namespace document.

Status - there is translation from one form to the other (both ways round) and a simple executor to show the grammar is plausible.
