Dreamshell 4.0.1 Even if I change the Virtual Fighter 3 JAP, USA All ROM and all loaders in the latest version, it will bounce to the main screen behind the SEGA high screen. Is there a way to drive it

Try memory for loader - 0x8cff4800
It's works for me.
