Add CHANGELOG and make Releases

It would be nice if you add CHANGELOG file with changes for each version and make Releases on GitHub. I guess you can use https://github.com/release-it/release-it to automate it.

Thanks for the suggestion @rakleed, I agree. The plugin started as a fast-moving curious side project but should have that now that it's growing in popularity. I will add this to the list!
