Steps to Reproduce

1、显示折线图
2、点击item显示tooltip
3、自定义tooltip里面的dom样式
4、点击tooltip中的onclick事件，显示遮罩蒙版
5、再次点击蒙版，tooltip会消失

Current Behavior

点击遮罩蒙版，tooltip会隐藏，而item保持高亮状态

Expected Behavior

点击遮罩蒙版时，tooltip能保持显示状态

PC端浏览器，点击tooltip后tooltip会自动消失，移动端圆点高亮状态及tooltip不会消失，需要在浏览器的移动端模拟器窗口调试，可以使用iPhone8视口

@plainheart 这个 PR 13382 应该只解决了单个图表的情况，当 多个图表开启了联动功能，鼠标移除 tooltip 时，消失的 tooltip 只有当前的 tooltip 会消失，其他联动的 tooltip 依然未取消；
