feat(java-info): rename of yaml

### Describe the enhancement requested

- rename `XxxYamlParser` to `XxxYaml`, because they are not only be used to parser(load), but also be used to save.
- rename `label` to `type`
- rename `adjacent_lists` to `adj_lists`
