[Feature Request]: include polkitd in all images

Which feature would you like to have?

Already done in armbian/apa: armbian/apa@80b8c36

As noted by HankScorpio on discord, systemd-networkd can't set hostname
from DHCP because polkitd is not installed by default. Other SBC
distros like ubuntu do install this in server images

One way this ticket could be resolved is to tell affected users (including the armbian build pipeline itself) to turn on the apa extension. This would immediately pull in polkitd and expose APA to additional testing.
