Cost estimations

Hi dosco,
I looking at your library and have finally found a great openai lib for the browser.
Looking at your documentation it's hard to tell which endpoint will be called.
I think it's important to have this information for cost estimations.

E.g. I want to be sure I'm hitting the cheap ChatGPT endpoint.

Thanks, the endpoints don't decide the costs the models do and in the latest version of minds 1.8.1 the default model for open ai is now gpt3-turbo which is the cheapest model out there and it only works with the chat/completion endpoint which is automatically selected by the library.

@EzzatOmar a recent addition to the library is that now cost / usage information is included in every response
