* BusyBox realpath does not support -s flag, fallback to use no flags

* Fix config sourcing problem
Exposed RELEASE as a configurable variable and updated README.md.  As a
bonus, there is only on place to change the release name when the next
release is stable now.
This commit add the ability to specify an SSH public key as well as the
option to disable password authentication and only allow public key
authentication for SSH.

* Only disable wifi if WPA_COUNTRY is not set

* Use '-n' instead of '-v' to test if WPA_COUNTRY is set

raspberrypi-sys-mods adds /etc/issue.d/IP.issue instead
Newer versions of docker generate the following warning

   - LegacyKeyValueFormat: "ENV key=value" should be used instead of
     legacy "ENV key value" format (line 4)
Higher-capacity cards (particularly Raspberry Pi 128GB A2) have an 8MB
preferred erase size, which is a good indication of the flash block size.

Other large cards may also benefit.
