Generate mock data from examples in contract

So if examples exist, generate dummy data. there's a cool tool that does something similar already https://github.com/tmizuma/openapi-test-data-generator where they add the ability to use openai to modify/generate it.

The fakerjs feature is awesome but can be limiting with 1 char string when it should display long pieces of text.
