Remove unsupported Android Device Administrator resources

Pull Request (PR) description

This PR removes the following four Android Device Administrator resources which are unsupported as of December 31, 2024:

• IntuneDeviceConfigurationPolicyAndroidDeviceAdministrator
• IntuneTrustedRootCertificateAndroidEnterprise
• IntuneVPNConfigurationPolicyAndroidEnterprise
• IntuneWifiConfigurationPolicyAndroidDeviceAdministrator

Additionally, it removes the IntuneWifiConfigurationPolicyAndroidForWork because during creation, it gets silently converted to a IntuneWifiConfigurationPolicyAndroidEnterpriseWorkProfile resource. This is already the case for more than one year.

This Pull Request (PR) fixes the following issues
