This PR brings the following changes:

• IntuneWifiConfigurationPolicyIOS
  • Fixed Test-TargetResource and add new properties.
• IntuneWifiConfigurationPolicyMacOS
  • Added additional properties to the export.
• IntuneWifiConfigurationPolicyWindows10
  • Added additional properties to the export.
• M365DSCDRGUtil
  • Fixed an issue where basic arrays would not be compared correctly.

This Pull Request (PR) fixes the following issues

• Fixes IntuneWifiConfigurationPolicyIOS: Policy gets created but Test-DSCConfiguration fails with error #3973
• Fixes IntuneWifiConfigurationPolicyWindows10: Can be deployed but Test-DSCConfiguration fails with error, updating/deleting the policy also fails #3963
