The attached postgreSQL server doesn't display in the list when deleting it from command palette

Repro Steps:

1. Attach a PostgreSQL server.
2. F1 -> Cosmos: Detach -> Attached Database Accounts.
3. Check whether the attached postgreSQL server displays in the list.

Expect:
The attached postgreSQL server displays in the list.

Actual:
The attached postgreSQL server doesn't display in the list.

This issue doesn't reproduce for the other accounts.
