OIDC auth support for MongoDB connections

Discussed in #2562

MongoDB cluster that does not support simple username/password authentication. Instead, it only supports OpenID Connect (OIDC) for authentication. Currently, I don't see an option to connect using OIDC in the extension.

Expected Behavior:

Ability to authenticate with MongoDB using OIDC.
Support for configuring OIDC authentication parameters within the extension.

Use Case:

This would enable users working in environments that enforce OIDC authentication to connect to MongoDB vCore seamlessly.
