@sajeetharan should we have this as a setting for queries in the editor? Or should it be a global setting? Or we could also have a global setting per account, but that'd be a but difficult to handle (we could have an array setting and map endpoints, but that would require users to edit settings.json).

Throughput bucketing can be set at the SDK client(Account) or per request. Since users run queries via the query editor, it should be configured at the request level

I'm talking about UX here and not SDK. Where would the user select which bucket to use?

We need a way for users to select configured throughput buckets next to the query editor/execution icon . This info can be retrieved via the ARM API, as SDKs don't yet support querying the configuration
