We fail to recognize the deployment name from https://vsc-aoai.openai.azure.com/:

The error could be better here. You need the fully qualified URL with the deployment and /chat/completions as the URL you pasted doesn't include the deployment

https://vsc-aoai.openai.azure.com/openai/deployments/gpt-4o-1120/chat/completions?api-version=2025-01-01-preview
