Reproduction

Use node 23.7.0, Windows 10

Run npm create nuxt@latest in the command prompt
Now find the undefined values are logged in the console.
Follow the installation steps and you can find more undefined issues.

this seems it is likely a windows issue, and probably an upstream one with consola or clack.

I have the same issue.
I'm on Windows 10.
It happens with npm, pnpm, and bun.
