The maintainers of gittuf are applying for the project to move from the sandbox stage to the incubating stage at the OpenSSF. We've made significant progress in building out gittuf and recently reached beta. We think the project's momentum (demonstrated by pilots currently underway at Bloomberg and various open source projects) as well as its alignment with the upcoming SLSA source track makes it ready to level up!
