Reoganize Test

Hello guys, what do you think about to reorganize the tests to be easier to find and test? There was a work in progress in VirtusLab project. Here the link:

We are certainly open to this. The current tests came from the master branch of that project, were added to the Microsoft pandas-stubs project, and then migrated over to here.

So if you want to take the current set of tests that are here and re-organize them in a PR, we would welcome that!
