Elaborate and clarify the sponsorship tiers.

We have a lot of new sponsorship benefits this year, and it would be great to write some more explanation about what the benefits.

eg:

• Keynote intro: what is this? (I think it means they get to pitch something before our keynote speaker?)
• Technical talk slot: what is this? when is the slot? how long?
• Panel discussion: what is this? what do they need to prepare?
• Speed job interviews: what is this? how does it works? and when?

What I (blindly) wrote as descriptions:

Description: 15 minutes talk slot in the main talk track, negotiable schedule.

• Panel discussion: what is this? what do they need to prepare?

Description: Participate in a panel discussion about the Job Market with all conference participants. These are the most popular sessions of the conference.

• Speed job interviews: what is this? how does it works? and when?

Description: A fast-paced online networking event where employers and job seekers get 5 minutes to introduce themselves and ask crucial questions. If both parties are interested, they connect for a formal interview afterwards.

Finally, we also have the following on the Sponsor's email text:

• Blog Post write-up
  Description: A blog post (600–800 words) featured on our high-traffic conference blog. It can include your company logo, bio, and relevant links to boost SEO.

I'm looking for feedback and more details on these so we can enhance the email pitch and send it over ASAP.

The topics were copied from the prospectus (PDF), so I would expect people to check the content there, because adding all the content in the website might be a bit too much, but we agreed on explaining each topic on the same page a bit to the bottom.

In the meantime:

This is an intro video before each keynote (like we did last year IIRC)

Technical talk slot: what is this? when is the slot? how long?

Sponsored talk, 15 min as the others. From the when...then I'd say we don't know.

Panel discussion: what is this? what do they need to prepare?

Right, this is a fair one, because more information needs to be provided at the sponsorship page, so we define.

Speed job interviews: what is this? how does it works? and when?

job interviews that are really fast ⚡ haha but it's yeah OK to define.
