In 2025, we use letsjelly.com as a way to manage inbox sharing.

  1. Core team members should be invited to Jelly (no automation, no API)
  2. Show how to compose emails through Jelly on behalf of pyladiescon
  3. Make sure to sign up for email notifications, especially if people don't have the habit of checking Jelly on daily basis
  4. Show how to label, claim emails on Jelly
