Update layout to make the 2025 conference be more prominent on the main website

I think it would be great if we make the box for 2025 conference be bigger compared to the other ones.
Suggested new layout

Also I think it wasn't clear that we could have scrolled down to see more. Perhaps some arrow or CTA to scroll down would be helpful.
