Ability to send email to PSF accounting team, asking them to prepare sponsorship contract

Add a button to the sponsorship profile eg, "send invoice".
When clicked, it will automatically send an email to PSF accounting team, asking them to prepare the sponsorship contract.
Update the profile with status eg "pending invoice"
