Problems installing pyocd packages

Hello,

I need assistance with installing packages for specific STM32 microcontrollers I am working with. When I attempt the installation, I encounter errors, and I'm unsure how to resolve them. I have attached screenshots showing the versions of pyOCD, CMSIS-Pack-Manager, and the error messages I receive.

I have the similar issue. pyocd pack update runs but Downloading descriptors takes so long time.
Is it freezing or it should takes such a long time?
