Component Naming Conflict:
The model originally named DM4340_TOP_Part_ADJ_J1 in the 3D CAD files (designed for J5 and J7 applications) has been corrected to DM4310_TOP_Part_ADJ_J5-7 to reflect its actual usage context.

Critical Dimensional Error:
During manufacturing validation, we identified that the publicly released 3D model of the Damiao DM4310 motor contains a critical dimensional discrepancy:

Observed Value: 6.95mm (motor rotor mounting surface offset)

Specified Value: 6.00mm (per official motor documentation)

Problem:
This dimensional deviation directly causes excessive thickness in the DM4310_TOP_Part_ADJ_J5-7 component, resulting in mechanical interference with Link5_A during assembly. The interference occurs because Link5_A must pass through DM4310_TOP_Part_ADJ_J5-7 to interface with the motor rotor's mounting surface - a geometric requirement compromised by the thickened structure.

Impact:

Assembly interference preventing proper installation of Link5_A

Potential functional impairment of the motion system

Proposed Solution:
We have submitted a revised version of DM4340_TOP_Part_ADJ_J5-7 (previously DM4340_TOP_Part_ADJ_J1) incorporating:

Corrected dimensional parameters matching the DM4310 motor specifications
