Add a footnote for where we get the 3M+ users stat

Where do we get our number of users stat from?

I think it's worth having a page dedicated to how that number is derived.

Can someone point me in the right direction, please?

The number is quite old. It was basically a measure of the number of OLPC laptops distributed at the time, all of which ran Sugar.

the source of the “3,000,000+ kids” statistic comes from an internal Sugar Labs report in 2022. We can add a footnote or source link like this
