vs215o debug stats

Not really an issue, and apologies if this is already known, but a recent update over at MAME has solved a problem from the old Supermodel forum.

It turns out the visible stats in vs215o is just the result of a dip switch being on.

The commit hasn't been merged into the MAME releases yet, so you have to download a build from their GitHub actions to try it.

BTW, You have to reset the machine after changing the dip switch for it to take effect.
