Description

Third part of POC implementation for task_group dynamic dependencies.
Design described in the RFC #1664
First part is implemented in the PR #1682
Second part is implemented in the PR #1685

This PR adds current_task entry point for TBB and the implementation of transfer_successors_to implementing the merged tracking of successors between transferring and receiving task.
