This commit significantly revamps the README.md to be more accessible and welcoming to beginners.

Key changes include:

  • Added a Table of Contents for easier navigation.
  • Simplified the language in the "Features" and "Model Providers" sections, explaining technical concepts in simpler terms.
  • Introduced a new "Getting Started" section with clear, step-by-step instructions for setting up the project locally, tailored for users new to web development or this specific stack.
  • Added a "Project Structure" section to provide an overview of the main directories and their purposes.
  • Included a "Contributing" section with guidelines on how to report bugs, suggest enhancements, and submit pull requests, along with a link to the GitHub issue tracker.
  • Conducted a full review and refinement of the entire document to ensure clarity, consistency, accuracy, and a welcoming tone. This included verifying all internal links and improving the flow of information.

We have some errors in readme. For ex: Environment vars are in .env.local, not .env. We have .env.example file with expected values, its not documented as the base for .env.local file.
