remove duplicate sveltekit template

Problem

There are 2 templates

• https://github.com/vercel/examples/tree/main/framework-boilerplates/sveltekit
• https://github.com/vercel/examples/tree/main/framework-boilerplates/sveltekit-1

The former is woefully out of date and is the one being recommended on Vercel's website.

Proposed solution

Delete the former and rename the latter.
