When I create a invoice by click submit button, and validated by useActionState, the form I've filled would be empty, how to resolve that?

I want create or update a invoice, and click the submit button. Then validated by useActionState hook. And the form I've already filled would be empty.
Is there any way to resolve this uncontrolled component problem?
