Document title containg the name of the entire website

Dear experts,

I'm not sure whether the WCAG requires a general description of the entire website in the document title. The G127 and G88 techniques are somewhat contradictory to me. While G88 mentions the part identifying the entire web presence as “helpful”, G127 requires it. I would be very happy to receive feedback.
