感谢反馈，当前机制是用户隔离机制，知识库和应用必须属于同一个用户创建的才能互相关联。后续V2版本中会使用工作空间隔离解决该问题。

Thanks for feedback, the user isolation mechanism, knowledge base and application must belong to the same user created in order to be related to each other. Workspace isolation will be used in subsequent V2 versions to solve this problem.
