Import existing certificates #4383

Hello.

I installed NGINX Proxy Manager after doing the DNS Wildcard Letsencrypt process.

Certificate is saved at: /etc/letsencrypt/live/XXXXXXX/fullchain.pem
Key is saved at:         /etc/letsencrypt/live/XXXXXXX/privkey.pem

The proxy manager can't detect them. What should I edit or where should I move my certificates ?
