Counters don't work in "see all domains mode"

Hello,
Juste a small mistake i think the home page counter only show the number domains i've created instead of total number. My user is admin so the permission "all domains" is enembled.
Also try with regular user with or without permission same thing.

I think the user permission is not read for the home page.

It's ok in domain list.
