I added 'npm run ugly' script to minify combinatorics.js to combinatorics.min.js using uglify-js

I added 'npm run ugly' script that minifies combinatorics.js to combinatorics.min.js using uglify-js. I think it will be useful for browsers.
In addition to that, I removed one "directories" block from package.json :P
