Set default value for logDest

When configuring either a WAF Policy, or an Ingress resource with WAF Annotations, I would like to enable security logs, and have the logDest default to syslog:server=localhost:514

A default value set for logDest

Describe alternatives you've considered
The only alternative is to explicitly set logDest: syslog:server=localhost:514 for all my Ingresses and/or VirtualServers

The bundled nginxAgent by default listens on port 1514. I believe that would be a better default value. Of course with an option to override it
