feat(COMPONENT): MAT-SLIDER tick marks position

Feature Description

For the Material Design component SLIDER, can you add an option to position the ticks mark values ABOVE, BELOW, LEFT, RIGHT ?

When the tick marks get too close to each other, they overlap and my users can't see the values.

Use Case

Right now I am adding a range slider to a page that showing the game clock ticks for a basketball game.

When matSliderStartThumb gets too close to matSliderEndThumb, they merge and my users can't see the timecode values.
