feat(lines): count commits to org repos

Is this feasible? Would a simple comma-separated list of orgs or repos be easier to implement?

It might be a configuration error on my part, but the "repositories" view of the lines plugin only shows @ctjlewis/* repos.

This already exists! I should never have doubted you Simon, of course there's a setting for that:

repositories_affiliations: owner, collaborator, organization_member
