Docs: Korean version

Hello I am a college student in South Korea.
I want to translate the documentation into korean.

I want to know how to contribute to document translation.

There is already an existing PR here: #20292

However it has just translated a single page which is not sufficient to add a new language, see #20292 (comment).

Should this issue be closed now? There is a Korean translation already and this issue is stale for long time.

We want to keep such issues open so there is the possibility to discuss translation related topics per language.

We currently have a problem with documentation translations: #24984

With r175 there will be a new documentation based on JSDoc. The new docs cover the entire code base (core+addons) and support new features like client-side search. However, since the documentation is generated via JSDoc, there is no i18n support. The pages are only available in English.

Translated versions of the documentation are not maintained in this repository anymore, see #24984.
