Load contributors from repos other than sveltejs/svelte #1222

Right now the contributor/donor banner at the bottom of svelte.dev only pulls contributors for sveltejs/svelte which means a lot of people aren't showing up where they should be (e.g. people who contribute a lot to SvelteKit or the CLI repos)

What if we made it like a scrolling marquee so that we could show more contributors?
