Use peer-disabled before peer element

Hello!
When a input field is disabled I want to change style of label to input field.

This works:

    <div>
      <input disabled className='peer' type="text" />
      <label className='peer-disabled:opacity-70'>Hej</label>
    </div>

But I want the Label element to be above the input field

Like this:

    <div>
      <label className='peer-disabled:opacity-70'>Hej</label>
      <input disabled className='peer' type="text" />
    </div>

Now the peer-disabled is not working. I do not want to add flex-reverse to the wrapper div tag. (This is a simplier example)
