Is your request related to a new offering from AWS?

Yes, this feature has been introduced in version 5.54.0.

Describe the solution you'd like.

I would like the ability to use the subnet_configuration argument for the aws_vpc_endpoint resource. This would allow users to specify custom IP addresses for the provided subnets.

Describe alternatives you've considered.

As an alternative, I could create the VPC endpoint manually without relying on this module.

Additional context

For reference, please see the latest documentation: Terraform VPC Endpoint Resource
